What's included in the box?


There are staples that will be in every monthly box you will receive. There will also be extra goodies that will vary each and every month. The stapels are as follows: Two large packets of delicious premium teas. Each month you will receive different blends of tea to keep it interesting and to give you the best variety. It is designed so that you will have enough tea to last you the month. (If you are drinking a cup of tea a day) A Bamboo Cocos sugar cookie Double sided cocktail recipe card to make hard tea cocktails with your blends that are included in your box. All of the recipes are originally created by myself, Crystal Gale Health benefits flash card. Discover all of the amazing health benefits that your included teas will provide you with. An Aussie made sweet or savoury treat A scented crystal infused candle Members only pricing code. You will have your a members only coupon code to receive 10% off all other Bamboo Cocos products. The extra goodies that are included are as follows: Every month you will receive extra goodies in your box. These will vary from month to month to support other small Aussie businesses and to pamper yourself. These will vary from tea accessories, handmade ceramics, tea infused bath soaks, e-books and so much more.




Do I need to place an order every month to receive my box?


Not at all! Once you subscribe to become a Tea Shop In A Box Member, your box will be automatically be shipped to you every month until/if you cancel your subscription.




Can I cancel my subscription?


Yes. Your subscription can be cancelled at any time prior to the 20th of each month. There are no fees to cancelling your subscription box. If you cancel your box after the 20th of the month, you will still be charge for that months box and will still receive a box for that month. Your subscription will not be continued for the following month.




Can I gift a Tea Shop In A Box


You sure can!! Why not spoil a loved one with an amazing gift like this. It's the ultimate way to show them you're always thinking of them and to show them how loved they are. Simply subscribe to the Tea Shop In A Box and pop your loved ones postage details in for their monthly delivery.




When will I receive my box?


Your box will be shipped out on or by the 27th of each month via Australian standard post. An email will also be sent to you with a tracking code so that you can track your box.




I have dietary requirements, can that be catered to?


Generally speaking, the Tea Shop In A Box will cater to most dietary requirements. However, the sweet or savoury treats may contain gluten, butter, honey and traces of nuts. Some teas may also include honey, nuts and/or seeds. If you have any alergies, intollerances or dietary preferances please carefully read the listed ingredients on all products prior to consuming them. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact Bamboo Cocos staff immediately.




Can I request teas to be included in my box?


No, unfortunately not. All members receive the same teas in their monthly box. The teas will be varied each month to ensure you get to experience a huge variety of teas from all over the world.





Shipping

When will my order be shipped?


Tea and ceramic orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days from placing the order. If you have a custom order, please contact Bamboo Cocos directly with your custom requests. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible and you will be given a time frame as per your request.




Does Bamboo Cocos offer worldwide shipping?


Absolutely!! Bamboo Cocos ships internationally worldwide for a flate rate of $21.95. Free international shipping is offered for purchases over $150




How can I track my order?


As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your order. All orders will be processed with standard national/international Australian post. If you have any issues with the tracking of your order, please do not hesitate to contact Bamboo Cocos at hello@bamboococos.com.

I have an Air BnB, can I have smaller tea portions for my guests?


Yes! Absolutely!!! We offer smaller packets exclusively for Air BnB hosts. Each packet is the perfect amount for four serves of tea.





Handmade Ceramics

Are the ceramics handmade?


Yes! 110% All ceramics are carefully handcrafted with no two being the same. Each piece is just as unique as you are!




Can I request a custom ceramic piece?


Absolutely! If you have a specific request or idea, email hello@bamboococos with your requests.
(We) at Bamboo Cocos will do our very best to fulfil your custom requests.




How long will it take to make my custom order?


It will depend on the complexity of the piece. (We) at Bamboo Cocos like to allow a minimum of 14 business days to create your custom order for you. Are the teas of premium quality?


You betcha!! All of the teas, tisanes and tea infusions are thoroughly researched, tested and trialed so that we are absolutely certain that our customers are receiving only the best. Tea is not only a passion - it is a way of life.




Are all Bamboo Cocos teas natural?


Yes, of course! All teas are natural and all ingredients for each blend will be clearly displayed within the description. 100% organic blends will be clearly marked.




Can I drink tea if I am pregnant?


Yes, but in moderation. Black, white and green teas are safe to drink during pregnancy in moderation, however these teas do contain caffeine, so please sip with caution and moderation. Be sure to consult your doctor for professional advice on what is best for you health and your baby.




Is tea actually good for me?


Yes! Yes! Yes! People all over the world has been using tea for its medicinal properties for thousands of centuries. Studies have shown that tea has been able to help aid in a variety of different diseases and even has cancer fighting properties. And I mean...F#%K cancer right!?




What are the benefits of drinking tea?


There are literally thousands!! There are so many other benefits from including tea into your daily rituals other than just kicking back and having a cuppa. At least far too many to list here. Benefits of the tea will be listed in the descriptions of each Bamboo Cocos blends.
