Shipping Policy

Shipping within Australia: Standard Australian Post is used to ship our products within Australia with a flat rate of $10.95 AUD for all orders under $100 AUD. Any orders $100 AUD or over is inclusive of free postage.

All non-custom orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent immediately once the parcel has been dispatched.

Shipping Internationally: Standard Australian International Post is used to ship our products internationally with a flat rate of $21.95 AUD.

*Please note, given current circumstances in regards to COVID-19, there may be some delays in shipping that are unrelated to Bamboo Cocos.*

Order dispatched after funds clear: When purchasing your order, the monies may not be immediately cleared into the Bamboo Cocos account. It may take up to 2-3 business days for the monies to clear. Once the funds have cleared, normal processing times will commence from this date, not the date of purchase. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All Purchases: 
No refunds will be given for a change of mind circumstance.
If a purchase is made online and the customer changes their mind on the purchase made, the customer must notify Bamboo Cocos via email within 24 hours of making the purchase. The customer will be given a store credit or option to exchange goods. 

Tea Purchases:
All tea blends are of premium quality and to serve their designed purpose. All teas are sufficiently described on the Bamboo Cocos website in regards to the ingredients and flavour profiles. No refunds will be given for purchases made in the case where the goods are received and the customer does not like the product. It is the customers responsibility to read the product(s) description and ingredient list and make the decision to purchase the product after the fact. 

Handmade Ceramic Purchases: 
As the product is completely handmade, no two items will be identical or replicated. If the item(s) is the exact product available to purchase it will be clearly noted within the description section of the item. Otherwise, it will clearly noted that the item(s) will be of similar nature/design of the product displayed/photographed. It is the customers responsibility to read the product(s) description
 and make the decision to purchase the product after the fact. 

Custom Orders: 
All custom orders and requests are to be made via email. The customer is expected to communicate their custom requirements and expectations clearly. The customer may request a tea sample for their custom order - in this case, the customer is required to pay a flat rate of $2 per tea sample and is required to pay for shipping for the sample request. 

Samples for custom orders for ceramic pieces will not be sent out - staff at Bamboo Cocos will communicate with clear photographs, videos and descriptions of the product to ensure the customer is happy with the product. It is the customers responsibility to approve of the product(s) and purchase. If the product arrives and is not accurately described as per the product information listed on www.bamboococos.com the customer
 must notify staff at Bamboo Cocos within 24 hours of receiving the goods. The customer may be asked to provide photo evidence of why they are not satisfied with the goods. Staff at Bamboo Cocos will inspect the product to assess if it deems fit for a refund. If refund is approved, the product(s) must be returned to Bamboo Cocos at the customers own expense. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on the customers credit card statement.  If the customer has initiated the return after 48 hours have passed, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

Tea Shop In A Box:
All products inclusive of the monthly subscription will be clearly outlined and described accurately by Bamboo Cocos. The subscription box is on an automated monthly renewable payment plan. Refunds are not given if the customer forgets to cancel their subscription to Tea Shop In A Box. It is the customers responsibility to manage their subscription and payment plan. Damage Goods:
Staff at Bamboo Cocos will always makes sure that all products are packed efficiently to ensure safe arrival of undamaged goods. If the product is damaged in any way, the customer must contact staff at Bamboo Cocos via email within 24 hours of receiving the damaged goods. The customer must provide photo evidence of the damaged product(s). Staff at Bamboo Cocos will approve a refund or replacement of product at their discretion. If the product is deemed to be damaged, staff at Bamboo Cocos will offer the customer the choice of having the damaged item replaced or refunded. Should a refund be chosen, the money will be refunded to the payment method originally used.

Product disclaimer:

All products made and supplied by Bamboo Cocos are of premium quality and suitable for the intended purpose of use. All descriptions of products will be accurately and honestly photographed and described. Handmade ceramics are all unique and organically formed, therefore, each piece will be different from the next.
